As Enugu State Government are showering encomium on Chiwetel Ejiofor, the BAFTA, British Academy of Film and Television Arts Winner, many are left wondering where really is this young man from. Since Enugu is claiming him and the young man is claiming he is a Briton, not just a British born, but a British man.
Enugu State, where Chiwetel's father is from, took out a full page ad in The Nation newspaper to congratulate Chiwetel for his BAFTAs Best Actor win.
But, here below, the man told Ellen DeGeneres something else. Now, I hope, Anambra or Abia State wouldn't claim him too. Success they say has many fathers.
